Our frozen chocolatines are made in-house using buttery laminated dough and filled with rich chocolate for a classic viennoiserie experience. Designed for food service, they allow you to bake fresh, high-quality chocolatines on demand with minimal prep.

Baking Instructions:

1. Place chocolatines on a lined baking tray.
2. Let proof at room temperature for 2 hours 30 minutes.
3. Apply a light egg wash before baking.
4. Bake at 350°F for approximately 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.

Best served fresh out of the oven for a flaky exterior and soft, chocolate-filled center.
